Description

Rooks Coppice is a house located in North Poulner, dating from the early 19th century, with an earlier core. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building is two stories high and features a four by two bay layout. The front has a six-panel door on the left side of the center, which is topped by a radiating fanlight set under a depressed arch with stone springing. Above this door is a 12-pane sash window, while the other bays contain 16-pane sashes. The windows have stone cills, and the house has overhanging eaves. There are stacks at each end of the building, along with a large stack on the ridge between the right-hand bays.
