Description

Dell Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-framed house with a lobby entrance. It features some early 19th-century cladding and a late 20th-century rear extension. The farmhouse has exposed framing filled with wattle and daub, brick, and some block, while the rear addition is made of brickwork with a boarded outshot. The roof is thatched, half-hipped on the north side and hipped on the south, with low eaves above an outshot and eyebrow dormers. The north-west elevation has one storey and an attic, with two windows above three. There is a boarded door set in a plain frame.
