Description

Tatchbury Farmhouse is a 17th-century lobby entrance timber-framed house, with a west extension added in the late 18th century. The front of the house features an exposed frame, while the east end is clad in brick, and the rear has a painted plaster wall with brick infill. The roof is half-hipped thatch, with eyebrow dormers, and there is a slate-covered rear outshot. The north front elevation has one storey and an attic, with two casement windows. A six-panelled door is set within a mid-19th century rustic porch. The east gable includes sash windows.
