Description

Kents Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 16th century, with extensions from the 17th century, and some recladding and further extensions from the 18th and 20th centuries. The building features an exposed frame with brick infill and small areas of 20th-century brickwork. It has a thatched roof that is half-hipped at the north end and hipped at the south end. The eaves are raised above the upper windows and lowered on posts to create porches. The southeast front elevation consists of one storey and an attic, with three windows above four windows. The windows are 20th-century casements, and there are boarded doors.
