Description

The Sir John Barleycorn Inn is a public house with medieval origins, primarily dating from the 18th century, and has undergone significant renovations and some extensions in the 20th century. The building features walls made of painted brickwork and has a hipped thatch roof. The long, low south front elevation is two storeys high and has three windows above five. The windows are casements, and there are three open brick porches, each topped with gabled thatch roofs.
