Cottage. Late C19 Brockenhurst Park Estate. Brick with scantling timber and pebbledash covering, roof in bands of plain and fishscale tiles, or diamond tiles. End onto road, 1½ storey, with wings on one side of 2nd bay from road, and external stack on other. Road end has pent-roofed small bay with 3-light cast iron lozenge-pane casement, and similar over. To LH on side of wing gabled porch. On RH end external stack with diamond shaft.
