Cottage. Late C19. Coursed rubblestone with fishscale roof tiles. 2 bays, 1½ storeys. Central board door in open gabled porch on posts. 3-light leaded casements, upper windows gabled and eaves breaking. Flanking stacks lean-tos at each end, both modern. Rear elevation brick on stone plinth.
