Description

Lorton Methodist Church is a Methodist chapel dated and inscribed over the entrance as WESLEYAN CHAPEL 1840. It features incised cement render beneath a graduated greenslate roof. The building is single storey and consists of 2 bays. There is a panelled door located in the gable rendered porch, and the chapel has casement windows with glazing bars set in round-arched painted stone surrounds.
