Description

Hade Edge Methodist Chapel is a Wesleyan Methodist Chapel built in 1841. It is constructed from hammer dressed stone with ashlar dressings and features a stone slate roof with gable copings. The chapel is a single storey building with an east gable frontage consisting of four bays. The entrance is located to the left and right, with the left entrance blocked and the right entrance featuring a deep rectangular fanlight. High up on the facade, there are two ashlar string courses, and between them is a square stone table with the inscription: "WESLEYAN CHAPEL 1841." The interior includes plain box pews, a desk, and a pulpit.
