Description

Midtown Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been converted into a private house. It is dated and inscribed on a panel above the entrance with "E. & D.I. 1813". The building features painted rendered walls and is topped with a graduated greenslate roof, which includes cement rendered chimney stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high and consists of two bays, with a single bay extension on the right side, all under a common roof. The central entrance has a 20th-century door, and there are sash windows with glazing bars in painted surrounds, including similar windows in the extension.
