Description

St Anne's Court, formerly known as St Anne's Church, was built as a church in 1812 and is now a private house. The building is constructed of stone rubble with a slate roof and newly boarded eaves. It features a blocked east window and five pointed arched two-light windows with geometric tracery. The west tower includes a roundel and a window where the former clock face used to be, and it has a battlemented design. St Anne's Court is part of a group that includes Ash Tree Cottage, the Old School House, Nos 1 to 5 (consecutive), and a barn attached to the Old School House, along with The Cottage, Fairview Cottage, Nos 3 to 6 (consecutive), Raesbeck, Little Beck, and Ashton Cottage on Fair View Road.
