Description
This is a cart-shed located to the south of Hall Santon farmhouse, likely built in the mid-19th century when the farm was remodeled and enlarged. The structure is made of snecked rubble with rough-dressed sandstone details, including quoins. It features a graduated slate roof with a stone ridge. The building is symmetrical, standing two storeys high with three bays. There are three elliptical-headed cart openings and a plank door, situated between fixed windows on the upper level. This cart-shed is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
