Description

This is a cartshed dating from the mid to late 18th century, located to the east of Pump Farmhouse in Ugthorpe. It is constructed from finely-coursed sandstone and features quoins. The roof has been renewed with large 20th-century pantiles and includes a stone ridge, copings, and kneelers. The structure is single-storey and consists of three bays, with two double cart doors supported by old oak lintels. The building is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
