Description
This cottage, located to the north-east of Hall Santon farmhouse, is dated 1827 on the door lintel, while the adjoining scullery to the south is older. It is constructed from snecked rubble with quoins and features graduated slate roofs with overhanging eaves, stone ridges, and stone end chimneys. The cottage is two storeys high with two bays, and the scullery is a single storey with two bays, currently used as a store. The house has a plank door and two windows on the left side of each floor, while the scullery has two plank doors with a window in between. All openings are framed with stone surrounds.
