Description

This barn, located immediately to the south of Scar View Cottage, is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed of stone rubble, with some ashlar, and features a slate roof. The south elevation includes ventilation slots and a central entrance that is segmental-headed, along with a pentice. An addition is present at the western end, which has two entrances. The east gable end also features two entrances with chamfered reveals. On the north elevation, there is a winnowing door and a small later lean-to.
