Description
Church Stile Studio is a National Trust Information Centre located in Grasmere. This building was originally a single house, likely built in the 18th century. It features roughcast stone rubble and a slate roof, with three chimneys. The structure is two storeys tall and has two panelled doors. There are four 16-paned sash windows on each floor, all with slate sills. The rear wing is lower and probably dates from the 17th century, characterized by thick walls. For additional context, refer to the general group description under Grasmere.
