Description

No. 3 Stapledon Lane is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features solid roughcast walls, with the front upper storey being slate-hung, although the slate was renewed in the late 20th century. The roof is slated and hipped at the front, and there is a large stone rubble chimney on the rear gable. The house has two storeys, with two windows on the ground floor and one above, all of which have barred sashes set in recessed box-frames. The entrance door now appears to be located at the back of the house.
