Description
Milestone located by the gable of Pike Cottage at Stumps Cross, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of stone and cast iron. The stone slab has a partly eroded top, and features a cast-iron plate that reads 'STOW. 8 / TEWKS) 12 ' BURY.)' in Roman capitals with serifs.
