Wash house c25m west of and shared by Nos 1 and 2 (The Palaces)

Wash house, c1905 by same architect as Nos 1-4 The Palaces (q.v.). Coursed squared and dressed limestone; stone slate roof; red brick stacks. 'T'-shaped plan. Single storey. Two 2-light stone-mullioned casements to the north side. Two plank doors to each part on the north west side. Hipped roof; axial stack with segmental upright stones at top. Interior not inspected.
