Description

The washhouse at No. 11 is an early 19th-century structure that also serves as a coal store. It features coursed squared limestone rubble on the gable end, while the rest of the building is constructed from yellow brick in an irregular bond. The roof is made of pantiles and has a brick ridge stack. This single-storey, single-bay unit has an off-centre planked door with a segmental brick head. On the gable end facing the house, there is a reused 17th-century six-panelled door, and the opposite side wall contains a single glazing bar sliding sash window. The building is listed for its group value only.
