Description

This is a pair of matching headstones located in the churchyard of the Church of St Mary Magdalene, approximately 9 meters south of the nave. They are made of limestone. The left-hand headstone commemorates Thomas Low, who died in 1662, while the right-hand headstone is for Thomas Low, who died in 1677. Each headstone features oval inscription plaques adorned with foliate scrollwork on either side, and a skull is positioned above the inscriptions.
