Description

This is a tombstone for Thomas Lowick, located in the churchyard of St Mary, approximately one yard to the west of the south porch. It dates from around the mid-18th century and is made of Portland stone. The headstone features an arched top and is decorated with a carved book, a pair of torches, and a cherubic head, all set within a cartouche frame.
