Description
This is an outbuilding located about 2 meters from the corner of Ringer's Cottage, dating from the late 17th century or 18th century. It features brick-nogged timber framing set on a brick plinth, with painted brickwork and a tiled roof. The building is a single bay and has two storeys. On the side facing the road, the framing consists of three panels high, with a brick return to the gable on the left. There is a two-light casement window, and the end of the floor beam projects on the left, supported by a separate stud off the rail. On the right return, which faces the house, there is a blocked door to the right of the centre on the upper floor, along with a small window above it. The structure includes a truss with a collar. This outbuilding forms a group with Ringer's Cottage.
