11/60 Outbuilding, Ringer's Cottage about 2m from corner of cottage GV II Outbuilding. Late C17 or C18. Brick-nogged timber framing on brick plinth, painted brickwork, tiled roof. Single bay, 2 storeys. To road: framing 3 panels high, brick return to gable on left: 2-light casement, end of floor beam projects on left, supported on separate stud off rail. Right return, facing house, blocked door to right of centre on upper floor, with small window in top. Truss with collar. Forms group with Ringer's Cottage (q.v.).
