Description

The Knight family monument is a pedestal tomb located in the churchyard of the Church of St. John the Baptist, approximately one metre west of the William Noad monument. It commemorates members of the Knight family who died between 1813 and 1888. The tomb is made of sandstone and has a square plan with recessed corners. It features a stepped standing and a moulded plinth, with raised rectangular panels on all four sides, containing inscriptions on three of the sides.
