Description

This is an 18th-century house in a row located on the south side of Gloucester Street in Winchcombe. The house is constructed of roughly-shaped limestone rubble with a stone slate roof and a stone ridge, featuring a stack on the right side. It is one storey high with an attic, and has a single window. Above the window is a gabled dormer containing a 2-light easement over a 9-pane fixed sash window, which has a wooden lintel and stone sill. A late 20th-century glazed door is on the right side. The house is included on the heritage register primarily for its contribution to the character of the surrounding area.
