Description
Two houses dating from the 18th century stand in a row on Gloucester Street. They are constructed from large squared and coursed limestone, with the house at number 66 painted. The roofs are covered in stone slates, featuring a cut stone ridge and a substantial brick stack running along the central ridge. Each house has a single window on its front facade, topped by a two-light casement dormer. Number 64’s dormer incorporates glazing bars. Both properties have nine-pane sash windows with stone lintels and cills. Flanking the sash windows are projecting window bays, containing plain plank doors.
