Description

This is a house located at 23 Horsefair in Malmesbury, dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof with a brick stack at the gable end. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a one-window range. The right-hand side has a 20th-century door with a blocked window opening above it. The first floor has a 6/6-pane sash window, while the ground floor has a late 20th-century 8/8-pane sash. There is also a two-light casement window in the dormer. The interior has not been inspected.
