Description
ASHLEWORTH NUP END SO 8025-8125 (east side) 7/13 Lord's Hill House II House. Second quarter C19, later additions. Rendered walls lined as ashlar, slate roof. Four-window front, 2 rooms deep, single-bay extension, one room deep, all 2 storeys. Main front to south; plinth; to right of centre half-glazed front door, 2 flush panels at bottom, up one stone step, semi-circular fanlight, all under an open, trellis porch, hipped sheet-metal roof, timber finial against wall. Each side a 16-pane sash, dropped dummy keystone: wall plain at left end. First floor 4 similar smaller windows: wide flat eaves, hipped roof: 2 chimney stacks on centre line roof, one behind window to left of front door, other between door and window to right. Right return 2-storey timber verandah, with flat roof. Left return ordinary sash to ground floor: set back wing, 16-pane sash on ground floor, paired similar to first floor. Roof as main section, end chimney. Fireplace in right front room with reeded surround and corner paterae, interior otherwise not inspected.
