Description

Marlpool Cottage is a mid-17th century cottage with a roughcast exterior and a steeply pitched slate roof, featuring brick stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and an attic in the gable end. It includes three windows, all of which are three-light casements set in deep reveals. On the ground floor, there is a three-light window to the left, a four-light window to the right, and a central door made up of four flush panels with two glazed panels at the top. There is a small brick extension with a pantiled roof on the front to the right. The interior is not accessible but is likely to be of interest.
