Part formerly stable, now detached house and outbuildng. Late C17, part possibly C18 altered to house in C20. Random rubble limestone; ashlar chimney; corrugated asbestos roof. Two-storey with attic; single-storey wing at south west end forms L-plan. South west end: front of original house, now used as outbuilding and reduced to single-storey. Central doorway with stone lintel and hoodmould. Flanking 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned casements with hoodmoulds. Roof hipped to left corner. Gable to south east end of wing, 2-light chamfered mullioned attic casement being later insertion. Mixed fenestration to main part of building, single and 2-light mullioned casements. Two small upper floor chamfered openings on south east side may have been loft holes. Single-window fenestration to north east gable end, 2-light with hoodmould to ground and upper floor, oval window to attic. Forms part of group with Old Overtown House (q.v.) to south west.
