10/89 Unidentified monument, about lm south of Hopkins monument in churchyard of Church of St. Mary the Virgin.

GV II

Chest tomb, late C18. Limestone. Flat top, moulded plinth and capping on tooled base. 1/4 baluster corners with cartouche to west end, plain east end. Sides have large moulded oval with small rosettes in spandrels to south, and large inscription panel with low relief carved surround to north, mostly eroded.
