Description

WHITMINSTER WHEATENHURST SO 70 NE 6/284 Brewer Monument, about 10m south of priest's door in churchyard of Church of St. Andrew GV II Large pedestal tomb in railed enclosure. Hannah Brewer 1810. Sandstone. Concave cap with gadrooned top and long finial carved with leaves. Reeded edge to plain capping, tall moulded plinth on plain base with plain railings. Indented ends with recessed rectangular panels and simple foliage drops to returns. Plain lozenge frieze to whole. Sides have raised plain ovals with draped leaf reliefs.
