Description
The Bohn monument is a pedestal tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 14 meters north-north-east of the north-east corner of the chancel at the Church of St. Andrew. It dates from around 1800 and is made of stone. The monument features a flat pyramid top with a step leading to a flat lid that has a moulded edge and a fluted frieze. The sides have a raised frame surrounding a rectangular panel, and the base is moulded. All levels, except for the pyramid top, have indented corners. The first inscription is becoming illegible but appears to commemorate Hester Bohn, who died in 1800, along with other inscriptions.
