House in row. Late Cl7; altered and enlarged mid C18; early-mid C19 alterations. Coursed rubble limestone; ashlar chimney; stone slate roof. Three-storey with attic. Front: earliest part of building to left with line of original gable visible. Extensive rebuilding enlarged elevation and added sprocketed hipped roof with coved stone eaves. Mixed fenestration. Roughly central doorway with 6-panel door beneath rendered lintel extending over C19 casement to left; bowed shop window with glazing bars to right. Two-window fenestration above, all 2-light chamfered mullioned casements except 20-pane middle floor sash to left. Central gabled roof dormer. North side: middle floor level doorway with concrete lintel and 6-panel door; 3-light chamfered mullioned casement above with hoodmould. Half gable above with dovecote perches, gable-mounted chimney having cavetto cap. Rear: gabled wing. Interior not inspected.
