Description
No. 3 Wotton Road is a house in a terrace, built in the mid to late 18th century. It features a rendered exterior on a stone plinth and has a double Roman tile roof with coped verges and brick end stacks. The building is a single range, two storeys high with an attic in the gable ends. It has three windows, which are 16/12/16-pane sashes set in moulded wood surrounds. On the ground floor, there are two 16-pane sashes and a central recessed doorcase that has a semi-circular soffit, a six-fielded panel door, and a radial fanlight, accessed by two stone steps.
