Description
The former stone-built mill building, dating from 1854, is now part of the Morgan Printing Machinery Works. It features coursed and partially snecked rubblestone with freestone dressings and segmental brick arches. The large shed is divided into two sections, with a tall gable front facing east onto Wotton Road. This gable has a pediment and a base inscribed "ESTD 1854/TUBBS LEWIS & CO." The ends of the gable are corbelled out. The shed directly behind has a corrugated iron roof and two segmental-headed windows on the south side, along with a small round-headed doorway. The larger shed at the back has a raked slate roof with coped verges and kneelers, and features six segmental-headed windows on the south side. The gable end to the east originally had a round brick window, which has since been altered to include a square louvre.
