Description

This is a semi-detached house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of painted coursed stone with prominent quoin bands and has a moulded stone cornice set above a low parapet. The roof is slate, and there are brick end stacks. The house is arranged as a single range with a rear outshut. The front elevation has three windows on each floor; the upper floor windows are 12-pane sashes in shallow reveals, each with a keystone. The ground floor features a similar 12-pane sash window to the right, a triple sash window to the left, and a central doorcase featuring a wide stone cornice supported by large consoles. The doorcase also has a raised triple keystone and contains a six-panel door with two glazed panels, two fielded panels, and two flush panels.
