One small house in terrace. Late C15/early C16, altered in C19 and C20. Incised render on plinth, concrete tile roof, brick end stack to left. Single front range with later rear range forming L-shape on right. 2 storeys, and attic skylights. Scattered fenestration, mainly 3 bays with 2 and 3-light casements probably of C19. Ground floor has, from left, former throughway of double door width with large chamfered beam on corbels to left inside arch, wide door of 4 fielded and 2 flush panels, then two C20 plate glass window insertions. Fine medieval roof structure with cambered tie beams and 2 small struts to collar beam, arched windbracing to west side in pairs between trusses, and arched braces supporting some tie beams. Original wattle and daub partition and plank door. Ground floor room contains blind moulded stone pointed arch in part of thick rubble wall, reputed to be part of original castle wall.
