Description

No. 11 Ludgate Hill is a broad-fronted house dating from the late 18th century. The exterior is rendered and features a double Roman tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has three windows, including an arched window above the door, all fitted with sashes that have glazing bars. There is a keystone above the central window, although the date is illegible. Small gabled dormers with leaded glass contain rectangular panes. The entrance has a plain panelled door set within a 19th-century doorcase and hood. The street slopes steeply, with a basement opening located only at the upper end.
