Description

Sherwood House is a broad-fronted house dating from the late 18th century. It is smoothly rendered with an ashlar finish and has a concrete tile roof. The house is three storeys high, with a three-window front featuring sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has two bays, each with sashes. A plank and nail head door, set within a moulded wood surround and topped by an independent hood supported on brackets, provides access. A basement opening is located to the right, at the lower end along the street slope.
