Description

This is an early 18th-century chest tomb made of limestone, located about 4 meters south of the Andrews monuments in the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin. The tomb features a flat top with moulded capping, although it is very broken up. It has panelled corner piers and shield-shaped panels on all sides, with two panels on the long sides divided by a foliage relief strip. At the time of the survey in November 1984, the tomb was partially overgrown.
