Description

The Wright Memorial is a chest tomb located about 17 metres south west of the lychgate in the churchyard of the Church of All Saints in Newland. It commemorates Jane Wright, who died in 1790. The tomb is made of sandstone and has a square plan with a tent-shaped top and a stepped plinth. The ends are unadorned, and there is a plain inscribed rectangular panel on the north side.
