Dwelling, formerly farmhouse. C17. Rendered, asbestos cement and Welsh slate roof. L-plan, gabled ends, large stacks right gable, front, and internal angle of L, also left of centre main ridge. Two storeys, but third in back gabled wing, right; road front probably built in two stages, with newer work left, 2-windowed plus 3-windowed. Ground floor: large new garage opening, new glazed door, small 2-light casement and second longer, similar, in modified opening; first floor new 3-light over garage door, three 2-light mullioned, and small cross mullion and transomed light over blank at ground floor. In east gable small fixed square stair light adjacent to main stack, under drip stone. In this wing, immediately right of gable, new stable type door in very heavy wood frame c.150 mm square.
