Description

Lower Viney Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1741. It has a roughcast exterior and a concrete tile roof. The building is a lofty, compact block with brick stacks at each end and is set back from the road. It stands three storeys tall and features four windows, although there are only three visible on the first and second floors due to blank walling. All the windows are small sashes without bars and have broad sash boxes. The farmhouse has a new door located off-centre to the left, along with a porch. There is a date panel on the first floor above the sash window to the right of the door.
