Description
Nibley Mill is a former mill and mill house, now unused, dating from the 17th and 19th centuries. The building features rubble construction with some timber framing on the right gable and a Welsh slate roof. It consists of a low gabled house from the 17th century and a lofty 19th-century mill to the left, which has an exterior stone stair leading to the first level. The house is two storeys tall and includes a gabled cross wing on the left, along with a large stone stack on the extreme left and 2 or 3-light casement windows. Inside, there are heavy chamfered and stopped beams, and the lower part of the exterior wall is battered, likely supporting the framed upper sections. The mill building is three storeys high and features various casement windows.
