Description

Brook Villas is a pair of cottages dating from the early 19th century. They are rendered and feature ashlar stonework with a Welsh slate roof. The cottages have a broad frontage and are located at the end of the row, with two stone chimneys and one brick chimney. Each cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. Above the central door of each cottage is a blank panel. Cottage No. 1 has sash windows without bars, along with a new porch and door. Cottage No. 2 has sash windows with bars, a six-panel door beneath a four-pane transom light, and a segmental hood above the door.
