Description

Prospect House is a dwelling located in a row of buildings, dating from the late 18th century. It features a cement-rendered exterior on brick and has a Welsh slate roof topped with a wooden modillion parapet cornice. The house is three storeys high and has three-windowed sashes with glazing bars. The entrance includes a central six-panel door that is sheltered by a tent hood supported by brackets. At the time of the survey, the property was noted to be in a neglected state.
