Description
Westend House and Joystyles are two dwellings and a shop located in a row, dating from the mid-19th century but built on earlier structures. The exterior features smooth rendered and ashlar finishes, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building is 2½ storeys high, with small gables housing the top windows. It has a four-windowed façade, all of which are sash windows with glazing bars. To the right, there is a 19th-century shop front with plate glass. Off-centre to the left are two six-panel doors, which are linked by alternating painted quoins in the centre, and there are two 19th-century bracketed porches.
