Description

The Red House is a dwelling built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick with a parapet and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has painted stone quoins and a painted slag block plinth. It stands three storeys tall and has three windows, which are fitted with sashes that include glazing bars set in deep reveals. The windows are topped with brick rubbed arches that have stone keys. To the right, there is a six-panel door, with the top two panels being glazed, and it is framed by an architrave. The door is accessed by four steps, with spear-head baluster rails on either side. The property also has a part basement.
