Description

The Hook Memorial is a chest tomb located approximately 20 meters south-west of the west door of the Church of St. Peter in Newnham. Dated 1777, it is likely from an earlier period. The tomb is made of limestone and features a flat top with quarter balusters at each corner. The inscription on the tomb reads "HOOK, 1777."
